Bruno Poet
Lighting Designer
Award-winning lighting designer Bruno Poet has worked extensively with theatre and opera companies throughout the UK and Europe, including English National Opera, the Young Vic and the Royal Shakespeare Company (Romeo and Juliet; Midnight's Children). More recently, he designed the lighting for the critically acclaimed National Theatre production of Frankenstein (2011), directed by Danny Boyle.
Bruno has also lit numerous Opera North productions, including From the House of the Dead (2011), Rusalka (2010) and Opera North's 2008 Shakespeare season, which included Macbeth, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Romeo et Juliette.
